For more than 30 years, I worked in the fitness industry, guiding and empowering women of every age, shape, and stage of life. I saw firsthand how confidence transforms a woman — not because of a number on a scale, but because she feels supported, seen, and strong in her own skin.

After decades of helping women build confidence from the inside out, I wanted to create a space where they could experience that same empowerment through fashion.
